This service entitled “Individual mentoring” consists of a deepening of theoretical and practical knowledge on the implementation of initial training carried out by QSM Consulting or a discipline which is part of our areas of expertise.

The people concerned must have the knowledge, concepts and tools enabling them to deal with issues relating to a given activity.

The person concerned demonstrates their mastery of concepts relating to the field of training, the work context, the expected objectives, etc.

Taking into account the information collected, an action plan is established in order to optimize the initial training available to the person in question and additional educational input will be provided to strengthen their ability to implement their knowledge.
