It includes several steps:

1 – Reception of the customer’s need, examination and discussion with the customer on the need;
2 – Sending a draft specifying the content, the speaker, etc.;
3 – Holding a meeting to define and validate prices;
4 – Contractualization;
5 – Establishment and transmission of the detailed program;
6 – Carrying out the training.
